Kylie is a local Sutherland Shire Resident and the newest member of the Biomechanics Healthcare team. She is also an Accredited Member of the Australian Traditional Medicine Society and is currently working towards an Advanced Diploma in Nutritional Medicine.
Kylie is particularly passionate about helping people to address fatigue, stress/anxiety and to promote deep and restful sleep using both traditional and modern herbal medicine as well as nutrition and lifestyle advice.
